Berlin, Germany, October 8th 2008. When you start out on a 5 and a half month long adventure around the world, they tell you that you need to watch out for all kinds of things, you need shots for this and that, lots of shots, and make sure you don’t drink the water, and so on. They don’t really say much about fatigue. Sound Travels apologizes for being a bit delinquent in posting of late, but fatigue is exactly what happened, starting in Hamburg and continuing through the first days of Berlin. A good fatigue, a traveler’s fatigue from a lot of walking and foreign languages and strange lands and staying up too late and, well, too much fun.
ANYWHO. Back on track now.
Berlin! Is! Big!
Here’s a short one for you, brought to you by the short walkway that crosses the Spree River beneath the Friederichstrasse train station. Commuters with a side of rumbling industrial technology.
More soon.
